At Jump Jam, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. We understand the importance of managing allergens effectively and aim to provide a clear and transparent policy regarding food allergies and intolerances.

• Despite our best efforts to minimize cross-contamination risks, we cannot eliminate them entirely. Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs. As such, we take no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of consuming food or beverages from our café.
