I've just got back from Jump Jam. My son is high functioning autistic and new social situations are something he's not comfortable with. The manager appointed us a wonderful member of staff Gabby who accompanied my son for the whole of the jump time. She was patient and understanding with him (and me). The end result was a very happy tired boy and a relaxed mum. We will definitely be returning and will definitely be highly recommending to everyone. Loved it!!!

Had an awesome morning at JumpJam over the weekend. We took family who were down visiting for the weekend with their children to the trampoline park as it was wet outside (great wet weather plan!) and they had heard about the new business opening. They were excited to "have a jump" as there is nothing like this in their local area at home.

Extremely impressed today at my daughters birthday party - kids had an amazing time. Staff very friendly and thank you to the party organiser very hands on and helpful.

Went today with my partner and our 2 boys age 6 & 3 they had a fabulous time, was not over crowded and had lots of different areas. My eldest loved the climbing wall. All the staff were very friendly and we will definitely be going back again soon. Happy Kids = Happy Parents

The Park is great, my biggest compliment has to go to the staff as they were all really friendly and polite, it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for them and one member in particular took extra time out to help my son on the large trampoline and spent almost half of the session with him unfortunately we didn't get her name as we would love the thank her! She really made his day!
